The construction is just over halfway along, and completion is anticipated in about six months. Click here to get a peek at floor plans and renderings, including interiors! The sales office at 2198 Market Street is now open.

The unique edifice is the creation of architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, and its walls of glass and geometric construction make quite a bold statement.

Noe Valley from Bottom to Top
Noe Valley, one of San Francisco’s most coveted neighborhoods, is still hot with multiple properties on the market. What’s remarkable right now is the wide range of availability. From TICs and condos, starting in the $400,000s, to the single-family homes topping out at nearly $5 million, there truly is something for everyone to be had in this desirable locale.

The most affordable is a top-floor, one-bedroom TIC on Church Street (with parking and a small deck) at $429,000. Midway through the range, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath with lovely views and a deck on Cesar Chavez is listed at $1.25 million. On the far end of the spectrum, a 4 bedroom-3½ bath beautifully situated on a double lot on 29th Street has a price tag of $4.995 million.

Noe Valley is convenient to just about everything, boasting many fine shopping and dining venues, parks and even a farmer’s market. With its variety of dwelling places, the discerning home buyer can be a part of this vibrant neighborhood.
