SFBayWindow.com Launches
Recently, the San Francisco Bay Window website launched. This site intends to serve as a resource for San Francisco property owners and is provided as a service of the San Francisco Association of Realtors. I'm going to share my review of the site section by section over the course of the next few weeks.
Your Home - This section features over 75 articles broken down into four categories: Legal Obligations, Maintenance & Management, Taxes, Insurance & Financing and Utilities & Services.
You can learn about adding rooms to your house, the always complicated permit process, plumbing, adding trees to your street, fire prevention, info regarding homeowners insurance and property taxes.
There are also "green" articles in every section offering info on green building, solar energy, energy efficient appliances and more.
The articles are well organized and contain fantastic information and links. The site is quick to load and well organized as well, making this a great resource for any homeowner in the city.
Next issue: the "Your Neighborhood" section.

| If I Had $16 Million |
3444 Washington Street. 6 Bedrooms/6.5 Baths in the heart of Presidio Heights. As with many large homes in the neighborhood, it has the wine cellar and giant personal gym. This takes it to the next level: an outdoor kitchen that rivals what most of us are using inside, and my favorite, an outdoor amphitheater with seats built into the landscape and a movie screen that fits between bronze bamboo…WOW! Listed for $15,750,000
Invite me to the housewarming please! |
